- By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Book Publishing.
Definitions
- Website: Encompasses all content, features, and functionalities available on the Apex Book Publishing website.
- Customer, You, or Yours: Refers to individuals or entities that engage with Apex Book Publishing by placing an order or utilizing our services.
- Product: Represents all writing services and ebook publishing offered by Apex Book Publishing, tailored to meet the specific requests outlined in your order.
- Order: Is a formal request to purchase our services, validated through payment methods such as checks, credit cards, cash receipts, bank transfers, or PayPal.
Service Provision
- Upon order and payment submission, you acquire the product exclusively for personal use or for commercial purposes for using your published ebooks as a side hustle.
- All sales are final; our services are provided “as is” without any expressed or implied warranties.
- We can edit or modify the final product as per the client’s request on additional charges depending on the nature of work.
- Apex Book Publishing does not guarantee publishing your work on Publishing Platforms. Publishing Platforms may reject your manuscript if it does not meet their specific requirements.
- It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to any transaction with our website.
Detailed Refund Policy
- Immediate Change of Mind: A full refund is available if you cancel your order within the first hour of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations are subject to a 40% processing fee.
- Non-Compliance with Requirements: Should the delivered work not meet the documented project specifications, we offer limited revisions, reassignments, and even rewrites after receiving additional charges, which are subject to the nature of the rework. If the final product still falls short, a mutually agreed-upon refund percentage may be processed.
- Delayed Delivery: We pride ourselves on punctuality. However, in the unlikely event of a delay attributable to our oversight, we will initiate a refund after verifying the claim and failing to resolve the issue after three contact attempts. Refund requests must be made within 30 days following delivery.
- Apex Book Publishing caters refunds which are fully discussed with the Billing Department, and those refunds claimed without any discussions with Billing and Quality Department are subject to the company’s full right to decline the refund.
- This policy aims to maintain fairness and accountability, encouraging prompt resolution of any issues.
- Exceptions where refunds are not applicable include minor errors or delays due to the client’s actions.
- Our goal is to resolve disputes amicably, focusing on partial refunds or future service discounts where applicable.
